The Sustainability Seminars resume. The Fall Series 2023 will begin with an interesting first presentation.
Abstract:
Changes determined the past decade. Universities are aiming to implement whole-institution sustainability in teaching, research, and campus operations. Within this seminar, the focus is on the collective knowledge gained by the International Sustainable Campus Network (ISCN) working with institutions globally. With over 100 members in 32 countries across six continents, the vision of the ISCN is of members using their shared capacity, passion, and intellectual capital to re-envision the future and take meaningful action to contribute to sustainable development and the climate emergency. The highlight lies in the vital role that higher education can play and the prospect to engage students, staff, faculty, and community members in managing this complex and urgent agenda.
