Following the remarkable success of our Plant Science Family Night last year, we are delighted to announce the eagerly awaited second edition, scheduled for March 6, 2024.
Children and their families are warmly invited to join us for an evening filled with exciting discoveries and hands-on activities. Over 25 stations will offer diverse content, unveiling the secrets of plant biology and genetics, and exploring topics such as composting, recycling, irrigation, food safety, sustainability and more. The list of participants includes, but is not limited to: the Center for Desert Agriculture (CDA), The KAUST School (TKS), Terraxy, GrowBioM, Food Safety and Quality Assurance, Students for Sustainability, the Office of Sustainability, the Water Desalination and Reuse Center, Facility Management/Utilities – Wastewater Treatment and Distribution Systems, and the Garden Society.
Join us at the TKS basketball courtyard on March 6 at 6:00 p.m. to embark on a journey of exploration, discovery, learning and fun!
